Return Policy:
At Saudade Magnets ATX, we're committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll send you the correct item and cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production hasn't started. Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order.
- Custom Design Issues: If you're unsatisfied with the quality of your custom design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include touch-ups or reprints.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for correctly produced custom photo magnets due to change of mind or ordering errors on the customer's part.
